✅ 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If RankOnAI isn't working for you within 14 days of purchase, reach out — we'll do everything we can to make it right, and if we genuinely can't, we'll refund you in full.

How to Request

Email support@pixalab.ai with the subject "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]", or open a ticket via our Contact page, and tell us what isn't working for you. Because most issues are a quick fix, our support team may ask a few questions or offer to help you get set up first — a large share of refund requests turn out to be one small configuration step away from working. If we're unable to resolve it to your satisfaction within the 14-day window, we'll process your full refund within 3–5 business days.

What's Covered

  • Purchases within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Cases where, after giving our team a fair chance to help, the product still isn't right for you.
  • One refund per customer, per product.

What's Not Covered

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date.
  • Requests where our team hasn't been given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue first.
  • Agency or Enterprise licences with active client resale.
  • Third-party costs (your AI provider's API fees, e.g. OpenAI or Anthropic — these are billed by the provider, not by us).
