By purchasing or using RankOnAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service on the number of websites specified by your plan (Starter: 5 websites; Pro and above: unlimited websites).
Access and use the Service commercially on your licensed websites. Receive updates and support per your tier.
You may not redistribute, reverse engineer, or create competing products using the Service without written consent. Reselling and white-labelling are permitted for Agency and Enterprise plan holders only, per those plans' terms.
RankOnAI's AI features require you to connect your own AI provider API key (OpenAI or Anthropic), subject to that provider's terms of service. AI usage is billed to you directly by your chosen provider; we are not responsible for API costs, limits, or availability.
RankOnAI is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific rankings or citation rates. AI algorithms change and results vary.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
